Caen (Ouistreham) Drive time: 1hr 45 to 2hrs.

On leaving the ferry follow signs for Caen , on the D514/D515. As you approach Caen follow signs for Lisieux and this will take you on to the peripherique that goes around the centre of Caen . Continue to follow signs for Lisieux and the N13.

Skirt around Lisieux on the N13 and take the D519 to Orbec. Once past Orbec the D519 changes to the D819. At the intersection with the N138 turn right to Gace. After about 4 kms you come to a small hamlet called Monnai, here take a left on the D12 to Villers en Ouche. Take the second left just before entering Villers en Ouche towards St Laurent du Tencement.

Le Bourg is the first house past the Church on the right hand side.

Le Harve Drive time: 1hr 30 to 2 hrs

On leaving the ferry take the N13 towards Paris and this fairly quickly turns into the A131. Follow signs for the Pont de Normandie and Honfleur. Go over the bridge (it is a toll bridge and quite expensive - +/- €10) to Honfleur. From Honfleur follow signs to Pont l'Eveque and Lisieux on the D144 followed by the D579.

Once in Lisieux take the D519 to Orbec. If you end up lost in Lisieux - look for the Basilica, the D519 starts just down the hill from it on the left.

Once past Orbec the D519 changes to the D819. At the intersection with the N138 turn right to Gace. After about 4 kms you come to a small hamlet called Monnai, here take a left on the D12 to Villers en Ouche. Take the second left just before entering Villers en Ouche towards St Laurent du Tencement (2.5kms).

Dieppe Drive time: 2 hrs

On leaving Dieppe , traveling south, follow signs for Rouen on the N27. The N27 becomes the A151 and merges with the A150 just north of Rouen . Come right into Rouen and you arrive at the Seine which you follow for about 1-2 kms. Following signs for Le Mans take the bridge over the Seine and follow the N138 out of Rouen towards Le Mans . You join a major carriageway which is part of the A13 and N138. Again follow signs for Le Mans and exit the major carriageway to the right and then under the main road towards Le Mans and Brionne

Continue on the N138 past Brionne, Bernay and Broglie. About 10 kms south of Broglie you come to a small hamlet called Monnai. At Monnai, take a left on the D12 to Villers en Ouche. Take the second left just before entering Villers en Ouche towards St Laurent du Tencement (2.5kms).

Chunnel: Drive time: 4 - 5hrs

On leaving the Chunnel follow the signs to Boulogne and the A16. Go south on the A16 to Abbeville and then take the A28 to Rouen.

Rouen can be a real pain, if you can avoid the centre follow signs for the A13 main Paris road but take it towards Caen . Once you have left Rouen behind follow signs for Le Mans and then take the N138 south.

(If you end up in Rouen, cross the river and follow the signs for Le Mans. You join a major dual carriageway, which is part of the A13 and N138. Again follow signs for Le Mans and exit the carriageway to the right and then under the main road towards Le Mans and Brionne on the N138.) Rouen is about an hours drive from Le Bourg.
