Lettings

Lettings are from Saturday (4 pm) to Saturday (10 am).

Letting Prices and Availability

Prices for the lets and availability are attached. Prices are based on a weekly let Saturday to Saturday.

Discounts for 2 week stays are offered, please see pricing sheet for details. If your preference for a 2 week let is not specified please revert and we will try and accommodate your request.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required to be paid with the balance due, eight weeks before the rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents. This is £100 sterling and will be returned (less any deductions) at the end of the rental period by post once a report has been received from the Caretaker who will check the property after your departure, and prior to the next guests.

Linen/Towels

All beds have duvets and pillows, but linen and towels are not included in the letting price. However, our Caretaker at an extra cost can provide both linen and towels, if you do not wish to take your own. You can have both linen and towels or either separately. The charge if required would be:-

Bed Linen and Towels 16 € per person

or 20 € per person (double bed, single occupancy)

A booking form will be sent on request.

Cot Hire

The Caretaker can provide a cot if required at an extra cost of 11 Euros a week. Clients must provide their own linen for the cot. If a cot is required please let us know before your departure date, so that we can check that one is available.

Electricity

Electricity is included in the cost of the rental.

Wood

Wood for the log fire is also included in the rental cost but we would ask that you be sensible in the amount used.

Telephone

There is a telephone at the property with costs run on an 'honesty system'. Please put the appropriate cost of you call into the box provided. Tariffs are quoted on the box. The number at the house is: +33 2 32 44 06 06

Ferry Crossings

Chez Nous offer good rates for Channel crossings for clients booking properties from their brochure. Please ask for our unique Booking Reference once you have made your booking so as Chez Nous can offer you a competitive quote. We also have other agents who can offer good rates if you request their details.

Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the booking period. If the period commences within 8 weeks of the booking, the full payment will be required. £100 security deposit will also be required with the final payment
